Premier Inn in Royal Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Duty Manager to help lead the hotel during your shift, working across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay.
You'll lead shifts, coach team members, handle guest questions, spot issues early and work with the Hotel Manager to keep the hotel running smoothly.
Previous hotel experience isn't required; many come from retail or hospitality and we train you to run the hotel.
