Premier Inn is seeking a Duty Manager in Darlington.
You will lead shifts, coordinate reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams, and ensure guests have a great stay.
The role involves leading from the floor, coaching colleagues, and maintaining smooth hotel operations.
With a fixed-term contract ending 28 February 2027 and 24 guaranteed hours per week, you will also have opportunities to progress into hotel management as you gain experience within Whitbread's Premier Inn network.
