Senior Consultant – Finance Transformation

Are you passionate about finance transformation and have a proven track record in this domain? This role is the ideal opportunity for a qualified accountant, with 5-10 years of operational and Finance Transformation experience. You will also have implemented SaaS solutions for Finance, preferably Oracle, Workday or SAP.

This is a hybrid role, predominantly working from home. It will be necessary to travel to client sites when required.

Hours and Salary

• Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

Description of role

• Advising clients on Finance service design and changing operating models resulting from the deployment of technology and automation.
• Supporting clients with a case for change, identifying opportunities for improvements, and translating these into roadmaps and action plans.
• Defining transformation roadmaps and implementation strategies.
• Providing expertise on deploying finance technology solutions from functional, organizational, and change management perspectives.
• Supporting clients to design technology and automation solutions that deliver desired outcomes and align with strategic principles.
• Leading functional teams to deliver all aspects of transformation projects.
• Identifying and resolving risks and issues arising during technology deployment.
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure solutions are built according to design and meet business requirements.
• Assisting the business in defining and embedding new ways of working.
• Participating in internal process improvement initiatives.

We\’re looking for people who have

• A minimum of 5 years experience in operational and finance transformation.
• Proven experience in implementing SaaS solutions for finance (preferably Oracle, Workday, or SAP).
