Key Responsibilities:

Conduct variance analysis and monitor costs across various financial metrics and expense categories.

Foster strong stakeholder relationships, engaging effectively with customer budget holders and wider internal stakeholders.

Prepare and present financial reports and insights at relevant budget holder meetings.

Deliver clear, evidence-based financial data to support business decisions and operational needs.

Contribute cost information to support the financial components of business cases.

Drive service quality improvements by identifying opportunities through regular engagement with local teams.

Support the creation and refinement of a Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and manage related change initiatives.

Assist in developing cost studies by utilizing historical data and providing input for benchmarking and analysis.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Finance Business partnering.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Analytical experience with a solid understanding of financial principles.
Desirable Skills:
- Financial skills are advantageous, though technical skills can be taught.
- A professional qualification in finance is not essential, but beneficial.
Key Accountabilities:
- Complying with appropriate procedures, processes, and systems to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Supporting the preparation, monitoring, and control of forecasts and budgets, including change control.
