Due to company growth, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Account Handler to service our customer accounts.

We provide full training and ongoing development.

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

Excellent rates of pay

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Assistance: Respond to incoming customer inquiries promptly, efficiently, and courteously via phone and email.
  2. Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues and concerns, troubleshoot problems, and guide customers through appropriate solutions using available resources and tools.
  3. Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company\’s products.
  4. Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and modifications to ensure a seamless buying experience.
  5. Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products beneficial to the customer.
  6. Professional Communication: Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional communication style, ensuring customers feel valued and respected.

Founded in 1978, we operate nine branches across the UK and Ireland, supplying domestic and European markets. In 2016, we launched Dubai-based Cleveland Cable Trading FZCO to supply markets in the Middle East and Africa, making our business truly global. We also own and operate Superlec Direct, an electrical wholesale, supplier, and retail e-commerce website.
