We are looking for experienced Workshop Engineers to join our service teams at Farnham and Hemel Hempstead depots. The role requires a skilled, dependable professional who excels in a workshop environment, maintaining machinery to the highest standards and ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate, diagnose and resolve customer reports of technical problems with equipment
  • Service a wide variety of machines both on and off site
  • Work independently to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
  • Complete job cards accurately and within given timeframes
  • Complete paperwork, timesheets and parts requests promptly
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ensure compliance with relevant procedures when repairing and inspecting equipment
  • Ensure work/personal equipment complies with all safety standards
  • Present a professional image at all times
  • Take responsibility for health and safety of self, colleagues and customers in line with company policy
  • Ensure all personal tools are safe and legal to use
