We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy and successful Parts Department based in Farnham. Working as part of a high performing team, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while driving sales and profitability. This is a fast‑paced, customer‑facing role where attention to detail, organisation and a proactive sales approach are essential. You will also be required to support deliveries when needed, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming internal and external calls, taking full ownership of enquiries
  • Process customer orders via trade counter, phone, email, and online platforms
  • Proactively maximise sales through upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business
  • Actively generate additional sales, particularly during quieter periods
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, placing orders where required
  • Accurately complete all administration and invoicing processes
  • Ensure stock accuracy by invoicing parts before dispatch
  • Use catalogues and systems to correctly identify parts for customer requirements
  • Maintain up‑to‑date price lists and product knowledge
  • Adhere to company policies including credit control and payment procedures
  • Operate a forklift truck safely (where applicable)
