We are recruiting a confident and motivated Project Coordinator to join a busy team supporting the successful delivery of a variety of commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects on track, coordinating multiple tasks and building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating project schedules and timelines
  • Providing project administration and document control
  • Updating and maintaining project management systems
  • Preparing weekly project reports
  • Liaising with suppliers and coordinating procurement of materials
  • Managing incoming calls and handling enquiries professionally
  • Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
  • Escalating project issues where necessary
  • Ordering materials and tracking deliveries
  • Attending regular project meetings and providing progress updates
  • Building positive relationships with clients and helping to ensure expectations are met
  • Supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of multiple projects

Skills, Experience & Training Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong administration skills with great attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good problem‑solving ability and a proactive approach
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
