We are recruiting a confident and motivated Project Coordinator to join a busy team supporting the successful delivery of a variety of commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects on track, coordinating multiple tasks and building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating project schedules and timelines
- Providing project administration and document control
- Updating and maintaining project management systems
- Preparing weekly project reports
- Liaising with suppliers and coordinating procurement of materials
- Managing incoming calls and handling enquiries professionally
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
- Escalating project issues where necessary
- Ordering materials and tracking deliveries
- Attending regular project meetings and providing progress updates
- Building positive relationships with clients and helping to ensure expectations are met
- Supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of multiple projects
Skills, Experience & Training Requirements
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong administration skills with great attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem‑solving ability and a proactive approach
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
