Senior Pensions Manager, In-House
Progressive career move with the in-house team of this major financial services organisation.
Hybrid, 3 days a week City-based
About the role
- Highly varied role across investments, scheme valuations, funding, potential de-risking projects, DC review
- You will play a key role in developing and delivering strategy for the £multibillion DB and DC pension plans
- Work closely with the Trustees driving forward a robust governance framework with keen focus on risk management
- Oversight of administration and member case resolution opportunity to contribute to ongoing process review, driving efficiencies and streamlining opportunities
- Work closely with scheme advisers, with HR & wider Benefits team for financial education initiatives and with Finance for accounting disclosures requirements
About you
- You will be able to draw on extensive Pension scheme management experience gained in-house or in consultancy
- FIA, APMI or similar, knowledge of pensions accounting standards is beneficial but not essential
