About the role:
- Initiate and deliver client projects and internal business change projects to time, cost and scope for all stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Project Delivery Lead on a day-to-day basis to manage and allocate project work in the team.
- Manage the analysis of data and data reporting tools to a high standard across various areas of the business to ensure integrity of data and that process and data standards are adhered to.
- Collect, understand, and document the business processes for data and calculation processes (including data quality reporting).
- Document data analysis and specifications to a high standard and in line with business document standards.
- Provide expertise on the processes and systems around data, particularly in relation to pension administration and legislative requirements.
- Analysing requirements to scope and define client project work, ensuring estimated effort and costs are accurate.
- Manage the completion and checking of client project work in line with proposal documents and project plans to expected target dates and to meet revenue requirements, ensuring any potential risk is flagged and mitigated.
About you:
- Strong technical Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution knowledge including complex administration.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Five years prior experience in pension administration including experience of project work and leadership.
- Data analysis experience.
- Highly computer literate and experienced in pension administration systems.
