Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join this dynamic team. You’ll work on a variety of complex DB and DC schemes while supporting junior colleagues and ensuring a high-quality service for an impressive client portfolio. Location: West Yorkshire, 2 days in the office per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Process and manage complex cases such as retirements, transfers and deaths with accuracy and clear communication.
  • Review and check work completed by junior team members, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Act as an escalation point for technical queries and non-standard cases.
  • Apply pensions legislation and internal procedures to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Support the Team Leader with coordinating workloads and meeting SLAs.
  • Mentor and develop junior colleagues.
  • Contribute to process improvements and assist with project work.

What You’ll Bring

  • Occupational pensions admin experience (DB and/or DC essential).
  • Strong understanding of pensions legislation and DB manual calculations.
  • Excellent accuracy, organisation and time-management skills.
  • Confident communication skills and strong Excel/Word knowledge.
  • Experience coaching colleagues; hybrid team experience is a bonus.
