Job Description

We\’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager to take the lead in delivering exceptional pension administration services. If you\’re passionate about building strong client relationships and have deep expertise in public sector pensions, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Work from home (Middlesbrough team, with an office presence ideally expected once or twice per month).

Responsibilities

• Leading administration services for a portfolio of public sector clients.
• Managing client relationships, across varying stakeholder levels.
• Preparing and presenting materials for client meetings and tenders.
• Handling complex pensions queries and offering consultative advice.
• Overseeing ad-hoc projects and ensuring timely, compliant delivery.

About you

• Extensive experience in public sector pensions and client relationship management.
• Strong technical DB scheme knowledge.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and simplifying complex information for clients.
• Commercially aware, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
