Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end de-registration process, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and efficiently
- Engage with customers wishing to cancel services, promoting key benefits and exploring suitable alternative solutions
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products or services that align with customer needs
- Follow up on missing or incomplete information to support the swift progression of applications
- Proactively chase outstanding customer data to keep records up to date
- Maintain accurate digital records and handle departmental queries through the internal ticketing system
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confident and professional telephone manner, with strong verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, ideally within a phone-based role
