Job Description


We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy and well-established business based in Robertsbridge. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse, supervising warehouse activities and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities



  • Supervising daily warehouse operations and supporting the warehouse team

  • Organising workloads and ensuring priorities are completed on time

  • Operating Counterbalance and Pivot Steer forklifts

  • Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently

  • Managing stock movement and maintaining accurate warehouse records

  • Ensuring high standards of housekeeping and organisation are maintained

  • Supporting Health & Safety procedures across the warehouse

  • Assisting with general warehouse duties as required


If you have warehouse supervisory experience and hold valid Counterbalance and Pivot Steer forklift licences, we'd love to hear from you!


Skills & Experience Required



  • Previous experience within a warehouse or supervisory role

  • A valid Counterbalance Forklift licence

  • A valid Pivot Steer Forklift licence

  • Experience leading or supporting a warehouse team

  • Good organisational and communication skills

  • A hands-on approach with the ability to work as part of a team

  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety within a warehouse environment
