Key Responsibilities:
- Open and manage new client files, ensuring all identification is verified in line with regulations.
- Prepare and process a range of legal documents, including contracts, client care packs, and search requests, in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using case management and ledger systems.
- Provide proactive administrative support to fee earners to assist with the progression and completion of conveyancing matters.
- Manage incoming telephone calls and client enquiries promptly, delivering a professional and helpful service at all times.
- Deal with file-related queries from clients and other parties, both in person and over the phone.
- Liaise with clients, introducers, and third parties to ensure smooth communication and a high standard of service delivery.
- Support the lifecycle of each case by reviewing, archiving, and closing files in a timely and compliant manner.
- Take responsibility for managing your own workload efficiently, meeting deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
