We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in the Hastings area who is looking for Production Operatives to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Loading/unloading deliveries
• Stock checking and inventory work
• Keeping the warehouse clean and safe
• Following all site health & safety procedures

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements

• Previous warehouse or manual handling experience is helpful but not essential
• Good level of physical fitness – some heavy lifting involved
• Strong attention to detail
• A positive, reliable attitude and good team spirit
• Ability to work independently when required
