Our client is seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Power Platform Consultant to join their IT Services team based in London, in the education sector. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering automation and digital transformation solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience across a large organisation. You will work closely with stakeholders across professional services and student-facing teams to design and implement scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power Automate and system integration.

- Hybrid: 2 days in the office per month
- Pay: £345 per day
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical Power Platform solutions
- Design and build scalable workflows using Power Automate
- Develop integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics, Dataverse, and external APIs
- Support testing and validation to ensure solutions meet quality standards
- Act as a subject matter expert for the Microsoft Power Platform
- Produce documentation, training materials, and reusable solution templates
- Support continuous improvement and optimisation of automation processes
Skills, Experience, and Requirements
Essential:
- Over 3 years’ experience delivering enterprise process automation solutions
- Strong experience using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate
- Experience working with SharePoint, Dynamics, and Dataverse
- Ability to build solutions using Power Platform connectors, APIs, and Microsoft Graph
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
- Experience working within structured delivery environments (Agile / ITIL awareness)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Desirable:
- Experience managing Power Platform via Admin Centre (cost and optimisation focus)
- Experience running workshops and gathering requirements
- Experience coaching or supporting colleagues on technical solutions
- Relevant Power Platform or RPA certifications
