Our client is seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Power Platform Consultant to join their IT Services team based in London, in the education sector. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering automation and digital transformation solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience across a large organisation. You will work closely with stakeholders across professional services and student-facing teams to design and implement scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power Automate and system integration.

  • Job type: Full-time, fixed term (until 31st July 2026)
  • Location: London
  • Hybrid: 2 days in the office per month
  • Pay: £345 per day

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical Power Platform solutions
  • Design and build scalable workflows using Power Automate
  • Develop integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics, Dataverse, and external APIs
  • Support testing and validation to ensure solutions meet quality standards
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Produce documentation, training materials, and reusable solution templates
  • Support continuous improvement and optimisation of automation processes

Skills, Experience, and Requirements

Essential:

  • Over 3 years’ experience delivering enterprise process automation solutions
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate
  • Experience working with SharePoint, Dynamics, and Dataverse
  • Ability to build solutions using Power Platform connectors, APIs, and Microsoft Graph
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
  • Experience working within structured delivery environments (Agile / ITIL awareness)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Desirable:

  • Experience managing Power Platform via Admin Centre (cost and optimisation focus)
  • Experience running workshops and gathering requirements
  • Experience coaching or supporting colleagues on technical solutions
  • Relevant Power Platform or RPA certifications
