Job Description
Join a delivery-focused pensions team supporting the coordination of projects across UK pension schemes. You’ll help ensure compliant, efficient delivery aligned with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate pensions projects, maintaining plans, logs, and governance documentation
- Manage workflows (shared inbox, case allocation, worklogs) to support scheme operations
- Produce reports, trustee papers, and stakeholder communications
- Monitor risks, deadlines, and KPIs to support scheme performance and compliance
- Support adviser reviews, procurement (RFPs), and scheme communications
- Maintain regulatory data (e.g., TPR Exchange) and ensure compliance with UK pensions frameworks
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and tracking scheme budgets and costs
About You
- Experience in pensions administration, governance, or project coordination
- Understanding of UK pensions environment (DB/DC schemes desirable)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with stakeholder-facing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Relevant qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent experience)
