Job Description

Join a delivery-focused pensions team supporting the coordination of projects across UK pension schemes. You’ll help ensure compliant, efficient delivery aligned with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate pensions projects, maintaining plans, logs, and governance documentation
  • Manage workflows (shared inbox, case allocation, worklogs) to support scheme operations
  • Produce reports, trustee papers, and stakeholder communications
  • Monitor risks, deadlines, and KPIs to support scheme performance and compliance
  • Support adviser reviews, procurement (RFPs), and scheme communications
  • Maintain regulatory data (e.g., TPR Exchange) and ensure compliance with UK pensions frameworks
  • Assist with data analysis, reporting, and tracking scheme budgets and costs

About You

  • Experience in pensions administration, governance, or project coordination
  • Understanding of UK pensions environment (DB/DC schemes desirable)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with stakeholder-facing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Relevant qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent experience)
