We’re looking for a Technical Calculation Analyst to ensure accurate pension and benefit calculations across multiple schemes, supporting both system development and daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Test, maintain, and improve pension calculation tools
  • Create and document test plans
  • Support system updates and statutory changes
  • Perform manual benefit calculations and investigate complex calculation queries
  • Escalate and clarify issues with internal/external stakeholders
  • Collaborate across teams to understand risks and system impacts

About You

  • Strong knowledge of Defined Benefit pensions (incl. CARE)
  • Experience with benefit calculations and pension administration
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Clear documentation and audit‑trail skills
  • Confident Excel user
