We’re looking for a highly organised Senior Operations Specialist to support smooth delivery of DB and DC pension operations. In this role, you’ll manage monthly data processes and reconciliations, oversee system changes, and provide day‑to‑day guidance to a team of administrators. You’ll also work closely with internal stakeholders and employers to ensure accurate data, efficient workflows, and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly DB/DC processes, data updates, and employer/member queries
- Validate contribution data, investigate mismatches, and complete reconciliations
- Oversee service tickets, testing, and system improvements
- Allocate team workload and support administrators with training and daily queries
- Maintain process documentation and support operational risk management
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- 3+ years’ data administration and 3+ years’ pension administration experience
- Knowledge of DB/DC schemes
- Excellent organisation, accuracy, and analytical ability
- Confident communication and customer‑service mindset
