Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Development Analyst to support and enhance UK pensions administration systems. The role involves end‑to‑end system support, contributing to regulatory change, data integrity, and ongoing platform improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve pensions system incidents, defects and change requests
• Act as a subject matter expert for pensions administration processes
• Support system upgrades and change projects
• Produce SQL‑based reporting and data analysis
• Configure pensions systems, including Member Web access and user queries

What you’ll need

• 3+ years’ experience in UK pensions systems or development roles
• Strong SQL and database experience
• VBA / Excel skills
• Understanding of pensions administration and member data
• Strong communication, attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Desirable: UPM experience
