About the role
- Lead design and delivery of the Pension Scheme communications strategy
- Work closely with colleagues across the fund to capture communication needs
- Develop communication guides, oversee existing communication methods such as scheme portal
- Drive member experience enhancement, measuring engagement
- Work closely with the trustee executive team and trustees, to understand wider pensions strategic objectives
About you
- Draw on your expertise in developing and delivering Pension Scheme communications strategy, ideally for £bn+ DB plans
- Utilise your awareness of best practice in communications and channel management with awareness of the developing Pensions landscape
