About the role
As Pensions Change Projects and Communication Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our client supports colleagues and members through pension change projects. You’ll lead on delivering new initiatives working with the team to ensure change is successfully delivered. You’ll also be responsible for pension communications making them clear, engaging and compliant.
- Lead and deliver new projects and initiatives for the Pensions team
- Develop and manage engaging communications for colleagues and pension scheme members
- Use data to guide strategic decisions and improve processes
- Coordinate resources and capacity planning for new initiatives
- Maintain a clear plan of all projects impacting pensions and ensure visibility across the team
- Ensure delivery of all new processes are compliant with regulations and audit requirements
- Partner with stakeholders across the UK business, Centre, Global teams, and Trustees
- Collaborate with the Pensions Technical Consultant to ensure regulatory compliance
- Act as a key contact for business changes that impact pensions
About you
- Strong organisational skills and experience managing projects or workstreams
- Background in pensions – either in-house or consultancy – with DB and DC scheme knowledge
- Good understanding of pensions legislation and how to apply it practically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of communicating at scale across all levels of employees
- Confident working with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to build relationships and influence across a matrix structure
- Comfortable using data to drive decisions and improvements
- A natural collaborator who can inspire trust and deliver results
