We’re looking for a motivated Pensions Administrator to deliver accurate, high‑quality pension scheme services. If you enjoy problem‑solving, working with data and helping customers, this is a great opportunity to grow your pensions career.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer DB/DC pension schemes accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain high‑quality member and employer data.
  • Support key events such as valuations, annual statements and data checks.

  • Provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively across teams.

What You’ll Bring

Essential

  • 12+ months DB pensions experience.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy (GCSE Maths & English).
  • Benefit calculation experience.
  • Good communication, accuracy and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change and use initiative.
  • Confident with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Desirable

  • Studying or completed DPA/CPA.
  • Experience checking or training others.
  • Experience with pensions or contribution systems.
