Job Title: Pensions Administrator
What You’ll Be Doing
- Administer all aspects of a defined benefit pension scheme, including:
- Pensioner payroll
- Retirement and death benefit calculations
- Member updates for active and deferred members
- Ad hoc project work (e.g. scheme changes, data reviews)
- Develop a strong understanding of scheme rules to respond to member queries.
- Collaborate with the Pensions Operations Manager and wider team on broader pension matters.
What We’re Looking For
- Recent experience in DB pension scheme administration.
- Strong communication skills and a member-focused approach.
- A-level education or equivalent; DPC or QPA qualifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- A proactive attitude and attention to detail.
