Job Description
An excellent opportunity for an experienced pensions professional to lead a small administration team overseeing outsourced occupational pension schemes. This role offers a blend of team leadership, service delivery and process improvement.
- Lead and support a team of pensions administrators.
- Oversee pension scheme administration and complex queries.
- Improve processes, procedures and service delivery.
- Manage workloads and external administrator relationships.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
About You
- Experience leading a pensions administration team.
- Strong knowledge of UK occupational pension schemes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive improvements and manage competing priorities.
- USS experience would be advantageous.
