Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for candidates and clients via phone and in-person
- Registering new candidates
- Write and post engaging job adverts across job boards
- Create social media content and help manage company channels
- Formatting CVs and assisting with candidate submissions
- Searching CV databases and building talent pools on our recruitment specific CRM database
- Support the team of Consultants with day-to-day office and recruitment administration
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- IT-savvy: confident with Microsoft Office, email, social media, and job boards
- A proactive, professional, and confident approach
- Previous administration, recruitment, or customer service experience (a minimum 6–12 months ideally)
- Interest in social media, branding, or content creation is a bonus
- A genuine desire to grow your skills within the recruitment industry
