Operations Executive

Our client, a growing organisation managing an extensive portfolio within the tech sector, is seeking an Operations Executive to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and detail‑driven individual to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of content and campaigns across a diverse range of clients, from local independents to national brands.

The Operations department forms the central hub of the business, working closely with multiple teams to guarantee campaigns are delivered on time and to the highest standard. With the company experiencing significant growth, this position offers excellent prospects for career progression into a senior role.

  • Salary: Circa £35,000 p/a (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage content across a range of internal and external systems.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule, with any changes communicated in advance.
  • Liaise with sales and administration teams to coordinate artwork and meet deadlines.
  • Review and amend creative content when required to meet specifications.
  • Check availability of assets and platforms ahead of campaign launches.
  • Coordinate photography requirements, briefs, and file delivery.
  • Support project management tasks including installations, maintenance visits, and the preparation of risk assessments and permits.
  • Act as a key link between internal teams, venues, and clients to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements

  • Previous experience in an operational, planning, or scheduling role.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Confidence working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and database management.
  • Basic knowledge of design software (e.g. Photoshop) advantageous.
  • A professional approach to client and customer communications.
