About the role
- Manage service delivery of a portfolio of clients’ Pension Schemes, working closely with Trustees, Chair, clients and providers.
- Ensure delivery of scheme secretarial responsibilities, support clients in achieving strategic objectives, business plans, governance and legislative requirements.
- Undertake additional services such as governance-related projects, service provider reviews and procurement exercises.
- Build highly effective relationships with clients, manage commercials and support in new business initiatives.
- Opportunity to mentor and support development of more junior team members as well as supporting more senior colleagues across the organisation.
About you
- APMI qualified/equivalent, you will have strong communication, organisational and project management skills.
- A current pensions technical knowledge and interest in market trends and developments, with a keen focus on delivery of robust scheme governance and risk management gained in consultancy or in-house.
