Are you an experienced pensions professional with a passion for leading change and improving member engagement?
In this 12 month fixed term contract you will lead a diverse portfolio of pensions projects, including scheme changes, provider transitions, regulatory initiatives and process improvements.
Play a key role in shaping pensions strategy, enhancing governance and delivering clear, member-focused communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex pensions projects from planning through to implementation.
- Drive member engagement and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, trustees and external advisers.
- Support governance activities, regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Champion process improvement, systems enhancements and operational efficiency.

About You
- Strong pensions experience, ideally within DB and/or DC schemes.
- Proven track record of delivering projects and managing change.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good understanding of UK pensions legislation, governance and compliance requirements.
- Experience of process improvement, systems implementation or operational transformation would be advantageous.
