An excellent opportunity for an experienced pensions professional to take the next step in their career as a Lead Pensions Associate.

Working within a busy member services team, you'll lead on the day-to-day delivery of administration services for a portfolio of DB and DC pension schemes, ensuring high levels of accuracy, service and client satisfaction.

The role

  • Oversee pension administration activities across a portfolio of schemes.
  • Support and mentor team members, allocating and reviewing work.
  • Provide technical guidance on complex pensions queries and calculations.
  • Produce client reporting and help drive service improvements.
  • Support scheme projects, new business opportunities and operational excellence.

About you

  • Extensive experience in DB and DC pensions administration.
  • Strong understanding of pension legislation and benefit calculations.
  • Experience checking work and supporting junior team members.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and client management skills.
  • PMI qualification (or working towards) desirable.
