Responsibilities:
- Manage UK DC pension schemes and support international retirement plans
- Drive pensions governance, compliance and statutory reporting
- Manage third‑party administrators, SLAs and supplier invoicing
- Handle contribution files, auto‑enrolment, complex member queries and trustee processes
- Deliver clear pensions communications to improve engagement
- Manage core UK benefits and support global renewals, tenders and ongoing administration
- Work with HR colleagues to improve processes and employee experience
About You:
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of DC schemes and legislative framework, scheme secretarial skills
- Benefits administration exposure beneficial
- Strong communicator, analytical, organised and stakeholder management ability
