Join a global organisation as the in‑house DC Pensions & Benefits specialist, managing the UK DC pension plan as well as UK and international employee benefits delivery. City of London, hybrid working.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage UK DC pension schemes and support international retirement plans
  • Drive pensions governance, compliance and statutory reporting
  • Manage third‑party administrators, SLAs and supplier invoicing
  • Handle contribution files, auto‑enrolment, complex member queries and trustee processes
  • Deliver clear pensions communications to improve engagement
  • Manage core UK benefits and support global renewals, tenders and ongoing administration
  • Work with HR colleagues to improve processes and employee experience

About You:

  • Up‑to‑date knowledge of DC schemes and legislative framework, scheme secretarial skills
  • Benefits administration exposure beneficial
  • Strong communicator, analytical, organised and stakeholder management ability
