Our client is seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join their team on a 9-month fixed term contract. Key Responsibilities
- Support, maintain and enhance HR and Payroll systems, including configuration and optimisation
- Deliver high-quality HR MI, dashboards and analytics using tools such as Power BI and Business Objects
- Own regular and ad‑hoc reporting for HR, operational and senior stakeholders
- Support system upgrades, integrations and change initiatives
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide second‑line systems support to managers and employees
- Train HR, Payroll and operational teams to maximise system capability
- Conduct data audits and analysis to drive continuous improvement and process efficiencies
- Configure workflows, security roles and system modules in line with business needs
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance across HR systems
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements
- Proven hands‑on experience with HRIS and Payroll systems (experience with iTrent highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of core HR and payroll processes
- Experience producing and analysing HR reporting and management information
- Confidence working with people data, dashboards and analytics tools
- Experience supporting system upgrades, integrations or implementations
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, user‑friendly guidance
