We are looking for a confident and proactive Customer Service Representative to join a busy and supportive team. As a key point of contact for valued clients, you will be responsible for handling enquiries, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring every customer receives a professional and positive experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels
  • Providing clear, accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Using CRM to log interactions, update customer records and manage service requests
  • Working closely with internal teams to resolve more complex customer queries
  • Supporting customers with enquiries relating to services and account management
  • Providing information on available services and options to help customers make informed decisions
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, actions and resolutions
  • Following up on outstanding queries to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
  • Building strong relationships and contributing to an excellent overall customer experience

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within a customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A confident and professional approach with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience using CRM systems would be beneficial
