- Working hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics and delivery schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to manage shipments and deliveries.
- Track and monitor shipments, resolving any issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and logistics documentation.
- Provide timely updates to customers and colleagues regarding delivery status.
- Support the wider operations team with logistics administration and coordination.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within logistics processes.
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
