Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supervising a small warehouse team on a day-to-day basis
  • Supporting with picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders
  • Ensuring all goods in/out are processed accurately and efficiently
  • Monitoring workloads and allocating tasks to meet daily targets
  • Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Assisting with stock control, inventory checks, and warehouse organisation
  • Supporting training and onboarding of new warehouse staff
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across the warehouse

Skills / Experience / Training Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a warehouse environment
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
