Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising a small warehouse team on a day-to-day basis
- Supporting with picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders
- Ensuring all goods in/out are processed accurately and efficiently
- Monitoring workloads and allocating tasks to meet daily targets
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assisting with stock control, inventory checks, and warehouse organisation
- Supporting training and onboarding of new warehouse staff
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across the warehouse
Skills / Experience / Training Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a warehouse environment
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to motivate and support a team
- Own transport essential due to location
