Job Description
We are looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join a growing marketing team based in Farnham.
This is a varied role supporting the delivery of marketing activity across digital, social media, email, website and wider promotional channels.
Working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll help coordinate campaigns, maintain content, manage marketing materials and monitor performance across different channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Support product and campaign launches across digital channels.
- Organise and maintain digital marketing assets including images, video and campaign materials.
- Coordinate social media content, including scheduling posts and supporting content creation.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Support the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and sales resources.
- Coordinate marketing assets with external agencies and partners where required.
- Compile regular marketing reports covering website, email and social media performance.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and campaign performance.
- Assist with wider marketing projects, campaigns and events as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, content and marketing activity.
About You
- Previous experience within a marketing, communications or similar coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Experience using email marketing and website content management systems.
- Confident using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and In Design.
- Strong written communication skills and an eye for engaging content.
- Commercially aware with an interest in understanding marketing performance.
- Proactive, creative and comfortable bringing forward new ideas.
- A collaborative approach with the confidence to work with internal teams and external partners.
