We are delighted to present a rare opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a highly professional and dynamic team. This is a unique, end-to-end role offering real variety, autonomy, and the chance to further develop your skill set across all aspects of property management.
This position offers full exposure to the property management lifecycle, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on role with diverse responsibilities. While prior experience across all areas is preferred, training can be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude and foundation.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a residential property portfolio from instruction through to tenancy completion
- Handling tenancy processes including referencing, Right to Rent checks, and AST preparation
- Managing tenancy renewals and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
- Overseeing deposit registration and managing the deposit release process
- Liaising effectively with landlords, tenants, and building managers
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and contractor relationships
- Monitoring and managing rent arrears
- Maintaining accurate financial records and transaction logs
- Preparing regular client reports
- Organising and conducting property inspections
- Ensuring all statutory records are maintained and compliance standards are met
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management
- ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
- Strong understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong planning and prioritisation abilities
- Numerate with attention to detail in financial matters
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to high standards
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Confident decision-maker with strong analytical skills
Monday to Friday Either 9:00 am – 5:30 pm or 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
