Our client, a well‑established and growing precision engineering company based in Bordon, is currently seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join their team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities
- Setting and operating CNC milling machines
- Producing components to tight tolerances and quality standards
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Carrying out tool changes and basic machine adjustments
- Inspecting finished components using measuring equipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Skills / Experience / Training Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller
- Ability to set and operate CNC milling machines (programming desirable but not essential)
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings
- Experience working with a variety of materials
- Good attention to detail and quality‑focused mindset
