About the role

  • Work closely with the Pensions Director and the Head of Trustee Services in this key role managing governance.
  • Act as technical subject matter expert, prepare and present reports to company key stakeholders and trustees.
  • Maintain and monitor the key risk management framework and risk register.
  • Drive member services and engagement efficiencies, opportunity to manage projects.
  • Build effective relationships with this collaborative in-house team, across the organisation and with external advisers.
  • Potential to broaden your exposure, such as in benefits management.

About you

  • Draw on up to date DB scheme technical knowledge coupled with your interest in the evolving pensions landscape and ongoing legislative developments.
  • You will be skilled in managing pensions governance and change projects, either from an in-house or consultancy background.
  • You will be able to utilise your communication and influencing skills, to engage confidently at all levels.
