Great opportunity for an experienced DB Pensions Project Manager to lead and deliver major pension change projects across medium‑to‑large schemes.
What you’ll do:
- Lead projects including GMP equalisation, Buy‑in/Buy‑out readiness, rectification, mergers and wind‑ups
- Work closely with clients, administrators, actuaries and cross‑functional teams
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs and governance frameworks
- Lead project meetings, workshops and milestone reviews
- Drive operational efficiency, quality and continual project improvement
- Manage budgets, scope and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery
What you’ll bring:
- Strong background in UK Defined Benefit pensions
- Experience in DB operations, legislation or technical projects (e.g. GMPe, Buy‑ins/Buy‑outs)
- Proven project delivery experience in pensions/actuarial/admin environments
- Prince2/APM/PMP/CSM or willingness to study
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
