Assembly Operatives
Location: Hastings, East Sussex
Salary: £12.80 per hour
Contract: Temporary full‑time
Working Hours: Day shifts
Job Base: Office based
We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals with fine motor skills and strong attention to detail to join our hands‑on assembly environment. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with very small components and has experience in a fine precision production setting such as embroidery, microscope‑based manufacturing, SMT or miniature model assembly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble fine components and parts accurately to meet production targets
- Carry out detailed, hands‑on assembly work
- Ensure finished products meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation
- Support wider production and assembly teams where required
Skills, Experience & Training Requirements
- Good dexterity and fine motor skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable, punctual and able to commit to full‑time hours
- Comfortable carrying out repetitive assembly tasks
- Willingness to move between departments as needed
- Experience working with small components desirable
