Our client is seeking an experienced and engaging AI Adoption & Training Consultant to join their IT Services team based in London. This key role focuses on driving the effective adoption of Microsoft AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, across Professional Services and student‑facing teams. You will design and deliver structured training programmes that enable staff to confidently and safely integrate AI into their daily workflows, while building long‑term capability and adoption maturity across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess AI maturity, adoption barriers, and skills gaps across teams
- Identify use cases requiring training and define role‑based learning pathways
- Design structured training programmes for Microsoft Copilot and AI‑assisted workflows
- Develop engaging training materials including guides, exercises, and prompt packs
- Deliver training sessions (virtual, in‑person, and workshop‑based formats)
- Provide coaching and hands‑on support to staff and priority teams
- Establish a “train‑the‑trainer” model to support long‑term capability building
- Produce reusable training artefacts and adoption resources to support scaling
Skills, Experience, and Requirements:
Essential:
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise AI or digital training programmes
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot and AI‑assisted tools
- Experience developing structured training curricula and learning pathways
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical training content
- Experience supporting colleagues through coaching or capability development
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience producing training materials such as guides, decks, and job aids
Desirable:
- Experience assessing digital or AI maturity within organisations
- Familiarity with Moodle or similar VLE platforms
- Experience creating prompt libraries, exercises, or adoption toolkits
- AI‑related certifications or formal training qualifications
