What You’ll Do
Partner Recruitment & Onboarding
Identify and recruit leading distributors, resellers, and service providers across the U.S.
Present a compelling value proposition to win and onboard new partners.
Ensure smooth onboarding with the right tools, training, and materials.
Enablement & Training
Deliver impactful live or virtual product training and sales enablement sessions.
Provide partners with documentation, playbooks, and go-to-market support.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term, trusted partner relationships.
Support partners through regular check-ins, joint business planning, and reviews.
Strategic Planning & Go-To-Market Execution
Define and execute the U.S. partner/channel strategy aligned with growth targets.
Work with marketing and product teams to launch U.S.-focused campaigns and promotions.
Performance & Insights
Track sales performance, partner activity, and market trends.
Provide data-driven insights to maximize partner success.
Assist partners with sales presentations, demos, and technical guidance.
Represent the company at U.S. trade shows, industry events, and conferences.
What They’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in channel/partner development, B2B sales, or business development in the U.S. market
- Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills
