Senior Managers, Collections Management (2 posts)

We are transforming how we work to better deliver the needs of library users and reflect the changing environment of the sector. This has opened up two new senior manager positions to drive the new direction and strengthen team alignment.
If you are passionate about making a positive change, are motivated by strategic and innovative problem solving and have experience in successfully transforming a team, we’d love to hear from you.
A background in Higher Education is preferable, however if you are an experienced manager with transferable skills and experience who would enable Collections Management to achieve its goal as a centre of excellence, please do not hesitate to apply.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. Both roles support some home working, up to 2 days per week on average.
About You
You will bring strong leadership skills and proven analytical abilities, with a track record of contributing to strategic planning, driving change initiatives, and delivering process improvements. You will thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working across a broad portfolio, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
