Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Reference Services team. This is a varied and interesting role where the successful candidate will make a key contribution to facilitating access to the Libraryβs collections to both remote and onsite individuals.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team of Reference Services Assistants delivering a high level of customer service to visitors to the General Reading Room, assisting with their enquiries and ensuring that any requested collection material is properly tracked through the Alma library management system.
