The Role
As a Senior Legal PA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Partners and senior fee earners within a fast-paced corporate environment. You will provide proactive, high-level administrative and organisational support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client service. Working as part of a dynamic Legal Operations team, the Senior Legal PA will take ownership of complex tasks, anticipate needs, and deliver consistently high standards across all responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex, international diaries across multiple time zones
- Act as first point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and follow up on actions
- Support the full matter lifecycle, including compliance and onboarding
- Assist with billing processes, WIP management, and financial tracking
- Arrange and manage domestic and international travel itineraries
- Prepare client presentations and support business development activity
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contact databases
- Liaise with internal teams to delegate and coordinate workflow effectively
- Ensure all documentation is accurately filed and maintained
About You
- Proven experience in a senior legal PA or legal secretarial role
- Strong understanding of legal processes, compliance, and matter management
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
- Confident managing senior stakeholders and building relationships
- Strong IT skills across MS Office and legal systems
