Superb opportunity to join one of the City’s top law firms working within their internal recruitment department. You’ll be recruiting lawyers (associate level mainly) along with paralegals and some business support positions.
You will need to be confident in speaking directly with Partners and be able to manage sometimes complicated recruitment processes ensuring the best possible outcome is met. Although the majority of recruitment is via specialist agencies you will also need to be able to recruit directly for some roles.
Ideally you will have worked either as a legal recruitment consultant (agency) or currently be working within a recruitment team of a law firm. The firm offer unrivalled career prospects and pride themselves on having one of the most collegiate working environments.
