As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, both in person and over the phone. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere, ensuring that every interaction reflects the firm’s high standards. Working as part of a collaborative client services team, this Receptionist position offers variety and responsibility, from managing meeting rooms to supporting events and handling day-to-day front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all clients and visitors
- Manage reception duties including calls, emails, and visitor sign-in
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared
- Provide refreshments and maintain a tidy, well-presented reception area
- Support meeting setups, including AV and conferencing equipment
- Assist with internal and external events
