A leading global law firm is seeking a Receptionist to join its high–performing Facilities team. This front–of–house position sits at the heart of the client experience, creating an environment across multiple floors of a modern London office. As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in maintaining exceptional service standards while working closely with colleagues across Facilities, AV, and Catering.

About the Role

  • Greet clients and visitors with a first–class, professional reception service
  • Manage meeting rooms to impeccable standards, ensuring all spaces are prepared, stocked, and ready for use
  • Escort clients to meetings and support firm–wide events, including registration and on‑site hosting
  • Coordinate room bookings using systems such as Rendezvous, liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Provide first‑line AV support and assist with calls, taxi bookings, and general client enquiries
  • Maintain a secure, tidy, and polished client area at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a corporate or professional front‑of‑house setting
  • A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service
  • Strong organisational skills and confidence in managing complex room bookings
  • Calm, clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a consistently professional presentation
  • Experience using room‑booking systems (e.g. Rendezvous, Manhattan, Condeco)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a rotating shift pattern Monday–Friday between 07:00 and 19:00
